Open flued appliances should be serviced on a regular basis as they can become highly dangerous if operating faulty.
I also can carry out routine gas leak checks for your property and also landlord certificates.

Prices start from £50 depending on the appliance, multiple appliances, per property, will be charged at a seperate rate.
